Outreach Hub
Services
OSHO is an outreach hub for caregivers & adults 65+ who are in need of various services, such as medical equipment, home health, hospice, and other caregiver services. OSHO's goal is to reduce the potential of harm by partnering with agencies that serve Oklahoma's aging population.
Our largest program is our "Donate & Recycle" program where we accept 2nd-hand medical equipment & unopened incontinence supplies. We then redistribute them to people in need.
Our second largest program is our "Outreach" program where a Medical Social Work helps bridge the gap in services they may qualify for. OSHO provides education, referrals, and assistance throughout the process.
